Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy must be read together with our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail. All prices are charged in US Dollars (USD). Approximate GBP equivalents are shown for reference only and depend on your bank's exchange rate at the time of payment.

1. Standard Service Fee

Multiple candidates: Each candidate is a separate order at the total above (base fee + applicable add-ons). Group orders are not discounted.

3. Currency, Exchange Rates & Foreign-Card Fees

All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD).

If your card is issued in a currency other than USD (for example, GBP, EUR, TRY), your card issuer or bank will apply its own foreign-exchange conversion and may charge an international transaction fee, typically 1–3% of the order value. This fee is charged by your bank, not by us, and is outside our control.

The approximate GBP amounts shown on our forms (e.g. "≈ £76") are indicative only and based on a recent reference exchange rate. The actual GBP amount debited from your account is determined by your bank at the moment of payment and may be higher or lower.

4. Card Processing Fees — Non-Refundable

Card processing fees are NOT included in our Service fee and are NOT refundable.

Card processing fees charged by our payment provider (Stripe, or any other payment gateway used by the Company — typically 2.9–4.4% of the order value, depending on card type and country of origin) are deducted directly by the payment provider at the time of payment. These fees are never received by us and cannot be refunded by us under any circumstances, including order cancellation, full or partial Service fee refund, chargeback, or payment dispute. 5. DVSA Fees

The DVSA's own driving test fee, and any weekend or bank holiday surcharge charged by DVSA, is paid by the candidate directly to DVSA in GBP on gov.uk when booking the notified slot. These fees are never collected, processed, or paid by the Company.

Any refund or partial refund of DVSA fees is governed exclusively by DVSA's own policies (see gov.uk/change-driving-test) and is outside the scope of this Pricing Policy.

6. Service Performance and Refund Eligibility

You can request a full refund at any time before you book a test (less non-recoverable card processing fees), no matter how many notifications you have received. Our Service is considered fully performed and the Service fee becomes non-refundable only once you book a driving test using one of our notifications. 7. Changing Your Preferences or Starting a New Search

7.1 Before You Book a Test

You may resubmit the Application Form at any time before you book a test to update your preferences (test centres, date range, time windows, blackout dates). There is no additional charge for this — preference updates on the same order are free, and your monitoring continues uninterrupted with unlimited notifications until you book.

7.2 After You Have Booked a Test — Full Fee Required

A new search requires a new order at the standard Service fee.

From 12 May 2026, under DVSA SI 2026/326, only the candidate may book, change, cancel, or swap their own DVSA driving test on gov.uk. The Company does not book or manage tests on the Customer's behalf.

Because of this, if a Customer wishes to start a new search after booking a test on a previous order — for example, after successfully booking a notified slot and later wishing to monitor for an earlier or different test — this is treated as a new search and requires a new order at the standard Service fee ($100.00) plus any applicable add-ons.

There is no reduced "change fee" or "admin fee" because the work involved is the same as any other monitoring order: a fresh allowance of monitoring time and system resources is consumed.

7.3 Changes to an Existing DVSA Booking

Any change, cancellation, or swap of an existing DVSA booking must be performed by the Customer themselves on gov.uk, subject to DVSA's own rules:

  • 2 changes per booking (in force since 31 March 2026);
  • Move only to one of the 3 nearest test centres (from 9 June 2026).

The Company does not perform these actions and accepts no fee for them. Choose your initial search preferences accordingly.

8. Payment Methods

Payment is taken in USD through our payment provider Stripe. All payments are processed securely. The Company does not store full card details on its systems. Cards from any country with international payment capability are accepted.

9. Legacy Pricing — Orders Placed Before 1 July 2026

Customers who placed orders under previous pricing terms (GBP-denominated, the legacy "3-Alert" model, or the earlier "Fresh Booking" / "Change Fee" models) remain subject to the pricing and refund terms that were in effect at the time their order was placed. From 1 July 2026 onwards, all new orders are processed under this Pricing Policy (v5.0), in USD, with unlimited notifications until booking.

10. Acknowledgement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Pricing Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Terms of Service, and that:

  • The Service fee is charged in USD and is for cancellation monitoring and notification delivery only;
  • Your order includes unlimited notifications until you book a test;
  • GBP amounts shown are approximate; the actual GBP charge depends on your bank's exchange rate;
  • Your bank may apply a foreign-card or international transaction fee, which is not received or controlled by the Company;
  • The DVSA test fee is separate and paid directly to DVSA in GBP;
  • Card processing fees are non-refundable in all cases;
  • A full refund is available any time before you book a test; once you book, the Service fee becomes non-refundable;
  • If you wish to start a new search after booking a test, a new order at the standard Service fee is required — no reduced "change fee" is available.
