Is this legal at Cheltenham?

Under the 2026 DVSA rules (SI 2026/326) only you can book, change, swap or cancel a test. We never do any of those - we only watch publicly visible availability at Cheltenham and send you the link. You always book it yourself, so it's fully within the rules.
